Violating terms may result in a ban from commissions.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- Monitor your spam inbox. Respond to your first email within 48 hours.
- Do not publicly repost your commission. Credit PukupukuDragon if you share it privately.
- Add "TOS read!" to the Prompt of your submission to verify you have read my TOS.
- Do not sell merchandise of your commission. They are for personal use only.
- Do not provide your commission to an AI or use it to promote hate.
- I may post your commission to my Twitter account.
Pricing
Listed prices are the maximum possible price. I will apply discounts for simple ideas that can be finished quickly.
Cel Shading
- The base price for a single image or each part of a sequence / comic.
- PNG format, original canvas resolution. Project files available on request.
- Includes complexity fee. Characters may be simplified but ref requirements will be honored.
Additional Characters
- Applies to OCs or commercial characters with available references.
- Includes the same character multiple times throughout a sequence.
- Visually simple, non-specific extras (ghosts, slime monsters, generic aliens) are free.
- Simple groups (ghost hands, silhouetted crowds) are also free.
Background
- A concrete, flat-colored environment like a room, city street, space ship cockpit, etc.
- Abstract flat-colored backgrounds with a prop or two are free. Examples would be a tree, bench, fridge or door.
Big Mac Discount
The Big Mac Index (BMI) is a measure of a country's buying power relative to the United States. If you check Big Mac Discount on your submitted form, I will apply a discount equal to the Difference from US 2025 column on the linked page.
- This information is completely voluntary: if your country has a stronger currency you do not have to opt in to this.
- I will verify this information by checking the location information of your Twitter profile.
- The maximum discount is 40%.
Process
Commissions are not first come first serve: they enter my spreadsheet and are selected as I need more work. I prefer clients I've not worked with before and those who have a public record of buying commissions.
When prompting, anything between a sentence or two paragraphs is fine. I work well with artistic freedom or lots of highly-specific details. If you need to make corrections after submitting a form, you can email them to me.
You will get an email with a rough thumbnail. This is a crude sketch to agree upon the idea, angle, size and composition. I will give you a quote, barring any fees that have not been incurred yet. All edits and your first complete redraw are free.
- $10 - Additional redraws
- $20 - Cancellation (per completed thumbnail)
The thumbnail will be cleaned up to have fixed proportions and details. Small edits like expressions, size edits, details and limb positions are free. Large edits like changing a character's angle are charged.
- $20 - Big edits
- $40 - Cancellation (per completed sketch)
The picture will be finished. Fixes for new details like colors, markings, shading are free. Edits to things already approved (pose, limbs, size) will be charged. You will be charged if you cancel between approving your sketch and receiving a cel-shaded picture. You cannot cancel once you see the final version.
- $20 - Big edits
After approval you will get a PayPal invoice with your base price, process fees and applied discounts. If major mistakes (eg. missing limbs, layers) are observed after payment I will fix them for free.

The topics I'm cool and not-so-cool with drawing. If something isn't listed here feel free to email me and I'll add it. Don't be afraid to send in weird ideas you've never seen me draw before, as long as they're not in the No column here.
