Terms
I (PukupukuDragon) agree to the terms of this document. By submitting a form, you (the client) agree to the below terms.
This TOS is binding when you submit your form. Updates to this TOS do not grant or revoke rights from completed commissions.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will monitor your spam inbox for email correspondence. You accept a ban from commissions if you do not respond to your first email within 48 hours.
- You will not submit any expiring links. This includes Discord attachment links, deleted cloud storage or links to temporary image hosts.
- You may not publically repost your commission. If you share your commission privately, you must credit me. PukupukuDragon is fine.
- You will add the phrase "TOS read!" to the Prompt of your submission to verify you have read my terms.
- You will not sell merchandise of your commission. Commissions are for personal, non-commercial usage only.
- You must add "Commission modified after completion" if you edit and privately share your image after completion.
- You will not provide your commission to an AI or use it to promote hate. Either is a ban from future commissions.
- I reserve the right to post your commission to my private Twitter account.
Pricing
Listed prices are your accepted maximum price you must budget for. I will often apply discounts if your idea is simple or can be finished quickly.
Cel Shading
$100
- The base price for a single image or each part of a sequence / comic.
- PNG format, original canvas resolution. Project files available on request.
- Includes complexity fee. Characters may be simplified but ref requirements will be honored.
Additional Characters

- Applies to OCs or commercial characters with available references.
- Includes the same character multiple times throughout a sequence.
- Visually simple, non-specific extras (ghosts, slime monsters, generic aliens) are free.
- Simple groups (ghost hands, silhouetted crowds) are also free.
Basic Background
$25
- A concrete, flat-colored environment like a room, city street, space ship cockpit, etc.
- Abstract flat-colored backgrounds with a prop or two are free. Examples would be a tree, bench, fridge or door.
Big Mac Discount

The Big Mac Index (BMI) is a measure of a country's buying power relative to the United States. If you check Big Mac Discount on your submitted form, I will apply a discount equal to the Difference from US 2025 column on the linked page.
- This information is completely voluntary: if your country has a stronger currency you do not have to opt in to this.
- I will verify this information by checking the location information of your Twitter profile.
- The maximum discount is 40%.
Process
Commissions are not first come first serve: they are entered into my spreadsheet and picked as I accept more work. When picking prompts I prefer people I've not worked with before and those who have a public record of buying commissions.
When prompting, anything between a sentence or 2 paragraphs is fine. I work well with artistic freedom or lots of highly-specific details. Your form must be fully self-contained: I will never contact you on other platforms for more details.
Thumbnail
You will receive an email with a rough thumbnail of your idea. This is a crude scribble to agree upon the idea, angle, size and composition. I will also give you a quote for the completed picture, barring any fees that have not been incurred yet. All edits and your first complete redraw are free.

Sketch
The thumbnail will be cleaned up to have fixed proportions and all character details. Small edits like expressions, size edits, details and limb positions are free. Large edits like changing the angle of a character are charged.

Cel Shading
The picture will be finished. Edits to newly-added details like colors, markings, shading are free. Edits to things already approved (limb positions, size changes) will be charged. You will be charged if you cancel between approving your sketch and receiving a cel-shaded illustration. You may not cancel once you see the cel-shaded version.

Invoice
After approval you will get a PayPal invoice with your base price, process fees and applied discounts. If major mistakes (eg. missing limbs, layers) are observed after payment I will fix them for free.

The topics I'm cool and not-so-cool with drawing. If something isn't listed here feel free to email me and I'll add it. Don't be afraid to send in weird ideas you've never seen me draw before, as long as they're not in the No column here.
